Most one day courses have six students using a variety of Nikon, Canon and other Digital SLR cameras. They are instructional, fun and a great opportunity to meet like minded people. Because we need to cater for a range of cameras the courses need to be more generic and wide ranging.
Private one to one photography tuition is just you, me and your camera. These courses are specially tailored to your personal requirements and your digital camera. Everything from the normal one day photography course is covered plus we usually have time to look at many more camera controls. They are mainly aimed at Digital SLR users but we can also cater for compact camera users.
A really enjoyable day in which I've learned a lot of things to practice. It has given ne more confidence in using my camera on the manual settings rather than the full auto. Glen is very friendly and helpful.

If you would prefer expert tuition on a one to one basis dedicated to you camera we have a few dates available. Unlike the normal day courses, where we need to cater for lots of different camera users, these courses are specific to you and your camera meaning we can show you personally how to use all of the useful settings of your DSLR.
These courses are very useful if you are want to specialize in photographing a particular subject or you are going on a very special holiday.

These intensive courses will suit anyone from the complete novice to intermediate photographer. Many photographers tend to use their camera on the full auto setting and want to learn how to get much better pictures from their new camera by using the other settings.
All the courses start off with the absolute basics and progress, step by step, through to some of the more technical aspects. Each theoretical lesson is followed by a demonstration then a practical session.
At the end of the day the images are put onto a PC for viewing, constructive criticism and there is a short photo editing tutorial.

One Day Digital Photography Private Tuition.
Private Photography Tuition courses usually run from 9.30am to 4.30pm midweek and occasionally on a Saurday or Sunday. If you would like to include night-time photography the they start in the afternoon and go on into the evening. All course include reasonable follow up support by email or phone where we can review your pictures after the course and offer suggestions.
Private Tuition Monday to Friday.
All Weekday Private Tuition sessions cost £295, including lunch or tea, and follow up by phone or email. Courses include a short Photoshop lesson. Two students can attend for the special price of £395 - a saving of £200 on the single price x 2.
Private Tuition Saturday or Sunday
Most weekends are taken up with group courses of 6 or 7 students or my other professional photography assignments such as weddings etc. We do occasionally get a free weekend and these sessions cost £495 for up to two students or £595 for three students. including lunch or tea, and follow up by phone or email. Courses include a short Photoshop lesson
This is a one day digital SLR course taken by a professional photographer showing you the tips and tricks of the trade. The course will suit anyone from the total beginner to the more experienced photographer. Courses are run in the Kibworth area of Leicester close to the picturesque town of Market Harborough and Foxton Locks. Other areas of Leicester can be covered by arrangement.
This Digital SLR Photography Course will teach you more in one day than you could pick up in months of night school classes.
You will learn:

- When to use Auto, TV, AV or Manual
- All about ISO and which settings to use
